It is a 15 years old building and it had a massive span of 18000sqft. The existing waterproofing system had failed and it was impossible to dismantle the complete terrace as it had a lot of sevices installed which cannot be stopped of a single second. It has the largest lab of Dr. Lal Path labs working 24×7 365 days a year. So it was a Challenge to us that we had to completely waterproof the building without hampering the operations of the lab with all the services running.
